What is your return and exchange policy?

Refunds are only provided for customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this applies to you, please reach out to us with photos of the wrong/damaged items, and we will assist you accordingly.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or mislabelled item?

If you receive a damaged or mislabelled item, please contact us at contact@hftstore99.com with photos of the damaged or mislabelled items. We take full responsibility and wil provide a free replacement.

What happens if my order fails to deliver?

If the carrier is unable to deliver the items due to an incorrect address or if the package remains unclaimed, it will be returned to the default return address. Please contact us with the reason for non-delivery, and if you wish to have the order reshipped, confirm your address. Please note that shipping costs for reshipments will be applicable.

What if my order is lost in transit?

If your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us to confirm the status. We will investigate and assist you accordingly. It's important to consider potential events that may impact shipping times and communicate any delays customers should expect.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Wrongly ordered sizes are not eligible for refunds.

Do you offer refunds for buyer’s remorse?

We only offer refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse. If you wish to return your order due to buyer’s remorse, please note that our return policy does not cover this. We will not be able to issue a refund for the order.

How do I initiate a return?

We will provide you with the necessary instructions and address for returning the product directly to the manufacturer, Printful. Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

What is the estimated delivery time for orders?

The fulfillment of an order takes 2-7 days, after which it is shipped out. Shipping times vary based on location, with typical shipping times being 3-4 business days for the USA and 5-15 business days for international orders.

What should I know about ordering internationally?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The end recipient is responsible for these fees. It is highly recommended to include your phone number in the order when ordering internationally to minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit.

What happens if I provide an incorrect address?

Customers providing an insufficient address may be liable for reshipment costs. Unclaimed shipments will also incur reshipment costs to the customer.
